I’m Dr. Chelsea Taber-Cory, DSW, LCSW, PPSC, and I work with adolescent girls.
My practice is built around a simple idea: adolescent girls deserve to be taken seriously — their experience, their voice, their development. I work with girls ages 11-18 navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, family dynamics, and the specific pressures of school and social life.
I bring doctoral clinical training and seven years of school-based work across Bay Area districts, which means I understand adolescent girls in the actual contexts of their schools, families, and friendships.
Parent consultation is available as part of ongoing treatment, because parenting an adolescent is its own kind of work, and one that deserves support.
Sessions available at my San Francisco office (1801 Bush Street) or via telehealth across California.
If you’re a parent worrying about your daughter — anxiety, school pressure, feeling like she’s not herself — I’d welcome a conversation. Please book a free 15-minute consultation call to see if working together might be a fit.
